Thanks to everyone who came to our annual Inventory sales at both shops.  As I regularly say, "if I have to count it, it's not on sale".  We are now waiting for new stock to arrive, best to check with the shop regularly to see what's coming in.

Hats for Newborns

I would like to give a big THANKS! to all the ladies who donated their time and knitting efforts for our ever successful Hats for Newborns.  This year's donation to the maternity ward was overwhelming.  We have doubled last year's donation at almost 1,000 hats of all sizes, colours, shapes and designs.  I'm sure all the recipients will be happy to wear a warm snuggly hat home at this time of the year.

Knitting School

The two 26-week Knitting School sessions at Woolaroo are in full swing and nearly halfway through.  We will be starting a third near the middle of January.  If you would like to brush upon some techniques or learn new ones, this is the program for you.

We are adding several crochet workshops in January and February as well as many beginner and intermediate knit classes.

Stop by and let Suzanne, Leslie and Lynne know which classes you are interested in.  We'd love to have the right class for you!
