A Message from Debbie

The best of the season to you. It's the time of year that everyone looks for comfort in family and friends and a little warmth by the fire with a good book or (better yet) a knitting project big or small that they've been meaning to get to.

I am no different. After making seven pairs of lace knit hand warmers for various teachers and friends, I need to get into some "TV watching knitting" where I can just knit and not wonder where the dropped stitch is. Of course there will be three or so projects on the go, just for variety's sake. I might even get something done for myself, too.

If you are looking for something to do, come by either shop and see what we've got. Sign up for a new-techniques class or the afternoon knitting circle in Chilliwack (Wednesday afternoons). There are plenty of new items to entice you, including new stitch markers/row counters, Knit Kits and yes, we do now have "buffalo wool"-like yarn (it even comes in cakes just like the old stuff did)!
