A Message from Debbie
It was certainly nice to see the last week of sunshine before the grey sky starts to appear. Now that fall gardening is done for the year, we are starting to see more cross stitchers, knitters and crocheters getting their Christmas projects in order.
The knitting/crochet theme this year seems to be the frilly scarfs made popular by last year's Frill Seeker Lace (which, by the way, was discontinued) and Frill Seeker. This year's addition includes Frill Seeker Light (a thinner version), Marina and Sasha. Come in for a quick demonstration and tips on how to use this specialty yarn.
Cross stitchers have been getting their Christmas stockings started -- there are only 2 months left, sorry to say.
Fall and winter yarns continue to arrive with amazing colours and soft textures. Come visit for some inspiration.
Don't forget our drop-ins on Saturdays from 1:30 to 3:30 in our Sardis location and mini-workshops in Abbotsford.
